Here`s a little video of my F45 and a SD45-2 that have been sound synced and speed matched to create a loco consist for a ML/LM freight. I installed soundtraxx tsunamis in both locos and then used decoder pro to speed and sound match them.

New Arrivals
Yesterday, 9th may, we had a parcel turn up on the doorstep. The parcel contained two athearn genesis SD70ACe models. Upon opening the first "ACe" from it`s box, the wait was worth it. What a great looking model.
Also in the the box was a Fox Valley Models HO boxcar. This is the first FVM product I`ve purchased and although it`s a nicely put together model, it shouldn`t have a $US32.95 MSRP price. It`s more along the lines of an exactrail express boxcar, pleased I only paid $US19.99 for it.
When is your blog happening Gaz, we`re waiting.

Progress update
Well, with a couple of days off and some less than pleasant weather, I decided to begin the peninsular section of the layout. It`s amazing what can be achieved when it`s bucketing down outside.

New Arrivals
A parcel arrived this morning from M.B Klein's containing three Intermountain MRL 2 bay covered hoppers. Absolutely awesome models and yet again, fantastic service from Kleins.
Welcome to the Fennell Bay Sub
Welcome to the MRL Fennell Bay Sub blog. With this blog I`ll be showing consrtuction, and eventual completion (if time permits) of my 18`X14` layout depicting the Montana Rail Link.
It will not be an exact prototypical replica, more a Montana " feel" type of layout. I will attempt to model some of the more iconic MRL places and buildings, relying on modellers licence to make it all fit. The above photos show some of the progress to date.
